– Maria Dagalaki is a Greek composer and music teacher.

– She has studied composition and has worked as a teacher in various music schools and institutions, while she has also written music for theatre, film and television.

– One of her best known works is the opera The Greek Children, which was first performed in 1990. She has received many awards and distinctions for her work.

– Her work has been performed both in Greece and abroad.
